Anyways, I promised someone that I'll start posting stories on here everyday. Anyways here it is!
btw, this is like a raw copy barely edited.
Today's theme: Urban legends
A friend once told me a story when we were young. He said that on the day of Thanksgiving, if you don’t finish your share of food during dinner, something terribly bad will happen to you. The story behind this is a farmer from the 1800’s somewhere in the west. The farmer bought a poult and he the fed little turkey the leftovers that he had every day. He did this until the turkey was fully grown; to his surprise the turkey was bigger than any ordinary turkey. So on Thanksgiving he mailed all his friends and family, and invited them all to a Thanksgiving dinner. On the day of Thanksgiving he killed the turkey himself and stuffed it with all the spice and vegetable from his farm. As dinner time got closer, people started arriving and soon everyone made it. When it was dinner time the farmer took the turkey out of the oven, everyone saw the size of the turkey and was overwhelmed. The farmer then proceeds to bring the turkey to the table. Everyone said grace and the farmer took the knife and fork and served a big piece of the turkey to everyone. Some asked for seconds, and some even asked for thirds! As they ate and ate, the turkey was just too big and there were leftovers, the farmer didn’t know what to do with it because he just killed and ate the turkey that always ate the leftovers. So he threw it all in the garbage. At midnight the spirit of the turkey came back for the leftovers just as it did for most of its life. When the turkey realized that its owner has killed and ate it, it got enraged and possessed the leftover turkey and killed the farmer and served him on a dinner plate like how the farmer served it.
That's all for today, cheers!
